We use 100% natural soy wax in all our candles. Soy wax burns cleaner, lasts longer, and is far better for the environment than paraffin wax.

We recommend keeping pets away from any open flame. Some fragrance oils may also be irritating to sensitive animals — please consult your vet if you're unsure.

Burn time varies by size. Our standard 200g jar candles burn for approximately 40–45 hours with proper care. Burn time is listed on each product page.

We use a premium blend of fragrance oils and essential oils. All our fragrances are phthalate-free and skin-safe.

Absolutely. We only use cotton wicks — 100% natural and lead-free.

Always trim the wick to 6mm before lighting. On the very first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar — this prevents tunnelling and ensures you get the full burn time.

Not at all! Sinkholes (small depressions in the wax surface after cooling) are a natural characteristic of soy wax. They do not affect performance or scent throw in any way.

We recommend burning for no more than 4 hours at a time. Always let the candle cool completely between burns.

Yes! Once your candle is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water. Our jars make beautiful pen holders, plant pots, or storage containers.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Due to the handmade, perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will always make it right.

Our minimum for custom orders is 20 units. For smaller quantities, please browse our existing collection.

We recommend placing custom orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for sampling, approval, production, and delivery.

Absolutely. We offer custom scent blending for bulk orders. You can share scent preferences (floral, woody, citrus, fresh, etc.) and we'll create something unique for your event.
